So, I'm just curious why they all have gone the junior college route. I mean, did they all just screw around in high school (or is something else going on)?

He also plans to enroll in January which is a nice bonus. With us losing White and likely Hoover it would be huge to get a guy who could step into the DT rotation right away.

The schools in Samoa and the rural areas of Hawaii are sub par. Not sure if that's the reason but those areas are poor compared to most of the US.

As is their high school football programs. The first year at CC for a lot of these kids is the first time they really have lifted weights and played in a football system that resembles anything other than street ball.

Any thread mentioning any Peko should automatically have this video in it, one of my favorite Spartan plays ever. Too bad the game ended the way it did.

I was thinking the same thing.
Are we seeing the "Americanization" of the Peko family? Perhaps the next Bullough to come along will be JaMarkus or Montravious.
