Very, very interesting insight on the Neb lineman... the Neb guy forgets that White is also going to come at with at full force at 320. That could change a lot of what Neb does on O with Martinez.

Apparently Worthy and White have been handing off weight to each other. Worthy is now 310 and White is 316.

Interesting about Cook being in good shape already. Does he have a legit shot at challenging Maxwell in 2012 or does Andrew have it pretty much locked up? It sounds like the coaches love Maxwell.

Sure seems that he has it locked up. I think the first battle will be between RS Jr Cook and RS So O'Connor in 2014.

I think it will be Appling, Wood, Dawson, Green, Nix. Roe would be the 6th man, defensive stopper. I think the leadership he could provide to a second unit that will be comprised of primarily 1st year players will be beneficial. From all reports Nix has improved his conditioning a lot this summer and I think he will finally break out this year. His size and passing ability should allow us to move the ball early and get out to a fast start.

FWIW, i think it's pretty awesome that Kerrick is pulling old-school training moves like running up hills to get himself faster. I love that type of "real world" training to compliment weight training.
