Yup, we've been fishing in Texas for so long now I really hope to get a bite. There are so many players there every year, great recruits both on the radar and under it. It sounds like we have some tough competition, but it's a great sign that he already says he wants to take an official visit.
My favorite part of the story is when he talks about our program. He loves our defense, and he likes that we're "always ranked every year." Guys, that's called progress right there. We've been waiting for years now to get to a point where our success speaks for itself in the minds of high school players. When this kid thinks of us, he doesn't think of the Bobby Williams era or the JLS embarassments, he thinks of an aggressive defense and a team that he sees in the top 25 year in, year out. That is a crystal clear sign of where Coach D and the staff have taken our program. Go Green!
