    • Also asked Thomas for his thoughts on Salem as a recruiter. Obviously a huge role as he has taken over the Detroit area with Enos' departure two years ago and he seems to be doing well, along with his success in the state of Wisconsin.

      "In my opinion he's really straight-forward and tells you what's going on from the beginning. He cuts to the chase and doesn't want to waste your time and I like that and I respect that. Overall he's a great guy."
