He lists us second behind penn state but I didn't get the feeling he loved us. I think he commits to penn state on his visit unless the staff gets him back on campus. When he rattled off upcoming visits there was no mention of a return to EL.

I would agree. He did at one point call our coaches to let them know he wasn't coming to MSU and that they should move on. I thought it was a classy move.

Could be worse. We could be Nebraska who is still behind the 2 teams that already rejected him (allegedly).
Like everybody else it seems, I don't like our chances much anyways. I think eventually either the OSU or ND offers will become "commitable" and he will swallow his pride and take whichever one that is. Even if they don't, he seemed more excited about Penn State and despite being his "#2" he completely forgot about us when he was going through his list of offers.

Honestly, I'd be surprised if he ended up at Penn State (JMO) for a number of reasons.

First of all, the reasons you guys already mentioned - he tried to commit to both OSU and ND. Unless he holds a grudge, we seem to be leader by default primarily. Second, he's said that he wants to wait a while to commit. Our class is literally going to be about 9-10 prospects(maybe a few more with some attrition), and we're in good shape with a couple other WR's. Possible there won't be room if he waits too long.
Our staff is obviously after him, and he may indeed commit on his visit to Penn State, but in the end I'd be surprised if he signed with us.

So we would be his fourth choice at that point.
He has pretty much done everything possible to tell MSU to take a hike. When he took a visit for a game he kind of dissed us when 247 talked to him afterward. Said something about not liking the gameday atmosphere.
Good luck to him wherever he ends up, but I doubt it's going to be MSU

His production on the field is anything but overwhelming? Why is he ranked so high? You would think to rank him as the 18th best WR in the country; he would have a little more to show for.
What do I know thought, you guys are the experts.

Kid is a fantastic athlete.
However his hands have been questioned. May be why his two "favorites" didn't accept him. He needs a big senior year to show people he is more than just a hyped-up fast kid and is actually a football player. Imho.

I remember the staff was very big on him when he camped with us last summer, which is nothing new when they consider offers.

tOSU if I'm not mistaken. Odd because other recruits like Durkin who attended the same game said they couldn't believe the atmosphere in that packed house and mentioned it was pretty rowdy.
