It is full speed ahead here at Spartantailgate.com in regards to the Spartans’ 2013 and 2014 recruiting efforts. I have my ear to the ground and am hearing plenty of chatter. Today I have my column What I Am Hearing regarding Michigan State recruiting.
*The play of the Detroit Cass Tech team this past weekend results in a positive on the recruiting front for the Spartans.
*A top sophomore in-state lineman has been to Michigan State twice this football season and says he loves it there.
*A kicker visited Michigan State for the Northwestern game and talked to Mike Tressel and Mark Staten and was given the latest on the Spartans’ scholarship situation.
