Brisket, Fries with Cheese, Apples.. is my standard order.

More important than slows, hit Sugarhouse next door. It's a high-end cocktail bar that will blow you away. They make a drink where they muddle yellow/red peppers and combine with habenero tequila and hibiscus syrup.. It's amazing.

Another vote for The Reason. I get it just on toast though, perfection.

I was having an argument with my friend about Slow's v Woodshop. My breakdown is as follows: Meat- Advantage Slow's. Sides- Woodshop. Size/Accessability- Woodshop. Sauces- Woodshop. Beer- Slow's. Overall, I think they quality of the meat at Slow's is enough to give it the nod.

BBQ is all about the meat. I don't GAF about the sides. This thread is making me soooooo hungry.

This thread made tWifey and I get BBQ tonight. Unfortunately we're in south florida so no slows but we ordered from a small chain that apparently DELIVERS! Brisket and Pulled pork and it was damn good.

If you want an appetizer, get the wings - they are incredible. Not buffalo style, but meaty and ridiculously good.

I second the dude that says the apple sauce is the best thing on their menu.

The Reason w/ Bacon. side of cheese fries. Apple bbqsauce....so good.

Get any of the sandwiches; Yardbird, Reason or Longhorn. I usually go with the Longhorn with a side of fries and Mac-n-cheese. Or if you are hungry get the brisket with the two sides.

Don't forget to leave room for 2-3 beers.

Shit, now I might have to go down there, if I do I will be are the bar. Place opens up at 11am be there by 11:20.

Today was a success. Texas style Brisket with Mac & Waffle Fries. Amazing.
