This is the game I expect the bats to get going. I have been calm so far with the Tiger's slow offensive start, but if we can't get runs on these guys I will be very disappointed

Calling Jacob Turner....
Porcello has nothing special about him. A decent 2-seemer that he has to throw way too much, a pitiful breaking ball and an undeveloped change up. Looking like Jeremy Bonderman 2.0 at this point.

Bonderman had a legit plus pitch with that slider though. Porcello doesn't have an out pitch. He's still really young so maybe he can still develop one.

Most of Bonderman's issues were between the ears and injuries. He should've had a very nice MLB career with the stuff he had.

He is 23 years old. When did Verlander hit his prime? If he doesn't improve over the next two seasons I could understand your argument. He was called up really young. Give him a chance.
