Yeah lots of spots open. PAC 10 gets 2. Still a 6-10 conference record would be unprecedented and all 3 of those teams will likely lose 11

Got my glasses on now, thx. Point is that the comp numbers and quality wins are going to be there for these teams if they can finish .500 from here out. The committee doesn't look at conference records. Each of these bubble teams just basically has to tread water and post a win for every loss from now until Selection Sunday.

Any of those teams just need 1 major win to be in. Very possible. I could see as many as 8 making it. I think top 6 are in for sure, and 2 spots going to the 3 of Illinois, Minny, and NW. I think the winner between Minn/NW will be in, barring epic collapse, and then a big win in the regular season or a "deep" run in BTT (win 3 games) will be good enough

I made the call before the PU implosion and assumed they were in if you read the OP.

2 at the most. Lots of slots open - Big East won't get t normal 10, ACC the normal 7, etc.
If Northwestern can finish 8-10 and win a 1st Rd B1G game they should get in

It's just 1 right now, but the top 3 teams (Cal, Washington, Arizona) all have favorable schedules the last 2 weeks. If those teams win what they should and make the conference tourney semis, they really could end up with 3 teams. Oregon still has a fighter's chance too (i think idiot ND whats his face just picked them as his surprise to make the field), and there's some off-chance that UCLA or Oregon St. could make a run to win the conference tourney. In the end, i'd be very very surprised if it's just one P12 team.
