I don't think anyone would say that Raburn is "good" at third. I don't think he has enough of a sample size to say he is cementred as "awful", either. Betemit is pretty much solidified as a below average fielder at third base, but all around is a better option than Inge was.
With Raburn starting find his way at the plate, I don't mind if they work him at third for an offensive boost. You can always bring in Kelly as a defensive replacement

I think that warrants trying to find a place for him in the lineup. I don't think there is anywhere else where he can play without displacing someone performing better. Pretty good problem to have.

I was vocal about Raburn sitting on the bench when he was hacking away to a .200 BA earlier in the year. If he can start hitting, then put him in the lineup. Why is it so hard for you give any credit to Raburn? Did he violate your inflatable doll or something?
