10 bucks says the fat dude gets killed so the other guy can get away with the medical supplies next week.
I really wish someone would find a machine gun and just start mowing down zombies. All they ever do is try to avoid them, I want to see somebody man up and take the offensive for once. They couldn't find a gun with a silencer?
And why are they either living in the woods or on a highway? Here's a hint, go find a place with a DOOR and WALLS, maybe a mansion with a gate or something like in Zombieland. No, lets sleep in a tent where our only protection is a thin layer of fabric.

I like it so far... & you all suck for not liking it. (huzzah... internets!)
Seriously, maybe the "shot kid" angle doesn't play as well (drama-wise) with the non-parents... I thought last episode was some serious TV. Plus you had a 1 on 1 zombie attack with the blonde and a roaming hoard in the medical supply search... what more do you need in one episode?
If the show was just gore then it wouldn't be interesting either.

I love the zombie genre and these might be the stupidest zombie apocalypse survivors I've ever seen.
1. They don't have enough weapons. They're in the South - there are weapons and ammo everywhere. Hell they were at the CDC and didn't even pick up a M-16 or two. They were laying around. Failing that they could have broken into a house or sporting goods store. 2. Their vehicles are for shit. They are getting by with a motorcycle, a broken down RV and a car I believe. They didn't take one of those Humvees at the CDC and they didn't bother to borrow a big ass SUV or another vehicle on the interstate. 3. They are on the interstate - that's a death trap - it's pretty much the zombie drive thru lane on the way to becoming a human happy meal. 4. Before they hit the road they were sleeping in tents. I would have been in the RV or on top of it in a sleeping bag. 5. They don't seem to have enough for food or water - again loot a store, house or one of those cars since they're on the interstate.
On another note I read where their budget was slashed so that probably means less zombies because of the makeup costs. Supposedly AMC wanted at least half the scenes to take place indoors which are obviously much cheaper to film.
The problem is too much talking and not even dead walking.

It took 45 minutes for a zombie to show up on a ZOMBIE show.
And the shot kid thing played awfully. Shane should have hustled to find Rick's wife and not rape her as soon as he found the farm. Or once he found the farm he and Captain Fatass could have taken the blue truck and rode up to the interstate to tell Old Man Dipshit and Token what happened.
Instead, you get Shane and Grimes emoting for way too long.
Finally Lady Godiva finds Mrs. Grimes and take her to the farm and Mrs. Grimes is pissed. Somehow they didn't mention that her son was shot because her husband and lover encouraged him to do what? Pet a deer? Not really sure? Was the boy supposed to jump up and cut the buck's throat? It's not like they had a bunch of hungry people who wouldn't have minded some fresh meat - nah let the kid pretend he's at a petting zoo.
So then Mrs. Grimes cops an attitude about Captain Fatass and the fact that that a veterinarian is going to operate on her son. Jesus you should be happy that you found not one but two people with medical training in the zombie wasteland.
Then when Shane and Captain Fatass went up to FEMA High they had a decent plan to get in but not to get out it seems. Here's an idea....maybe take a couple of flares with you when you go looking for meds. Also, maybe you ease that door open instead of flinging it open to the zombie party.

1) I dont think your statement takes notice, of how many other survivors might have already taken weapons that were laying around. You also need to take into account raid the store encounter what might be inside or continue with what you have and remain inside. Hard choice to make.
2 )are there keys to better vehicles, does anyone know how to hotwire a car?
3) So far traveling on the interstate has proved safe (until now) zombies move where the food is- if all is quiet on the highway (evidenced by the decayed corpses) they move elsewhere.
4) If everyone sleeps in the RV and a horde comes - everyone is packed in 1 place. Not the best position to be in. If you sleep in tents- hopefully one gets attacked alerts everyone else, and at least some have a chance of survival. Even if your on top- what do you do when a horde surrounds the RV? Jump over it?
5)See #1 - they have been looting the cars. they seem to be pretty well stocked up on certain supplies- but remember this is weeks after this all happened, likely most food perishables have perished. Again you dont know how many people have already traveled through.
Its called suspension of disbelief. Its the world they live in. I think the characters act in a pretty understandable, since not always rational manner.
Ever get the feeling you've been cheated?

1. There were tons of weapons at the CDC. They had time to chill out waiting for Dale and Andrea to escape - they could have scooped up some M-16s and that Humvee with the 50 cal. Military vehicles don't have keys - you press the button and go. 2. I'd assume that the vast majority of vehicles on the interstate traffic jam of the undead have keys in them - now you might need to jump them but they should run. 3. Speaking of the dead and undead on the highway - why are there are bunch of dried up dead folk on the highway? Shouldn't they have either gotten out of their vehicles (and left the keys please). Had their windows smashed as the zombies roamed through and tried to eat them? In fact, I wouldn't be surprised to find some zombies safely buckled in their seatbelts. 4. Well since they hid under the RV I would think they could hide on top of it. 5. I'll concede the point on the looting of cars but man they missed a great opportunity to show the group doing a bit of shopping and zombie killing at the local Wal-Mart.
I'm all for suspension of disbelief - I just want smarter survivors and more zombies.

I kind of agree with the rampage guy. If everyone kills two zombies on average, then the epidemic has to come to an end before it wipes out humanity.
I'm kind of hoping we get a better explanation about the initial plague, although it's always the least plausible part of any zombie apocalypse story. I mean, Rick has killed almost 20 himself and he was asleep for the first few weeks of whatever happened.
