Amir Carlisle was granted a wiaver from USC to Notre Dame simply because his dad took a different job.
That different job wasn't even at ND, it was at Purdue.

If they require a family member being on a organ donor list, what is the explanation for the granting of the Carlisle waiver??

doesnt. i indicates that the questions are necessary in determining whether the waiver will be granted or not.

Based on the carlisle situation, these questions arent necessary, regardless of the answers.
