Best Fast Food Fish Sandwich?

I need to know, going out soon. Leaning towards Arbys, but I remember Wendy's being quite good too. Thoughts? Any of them real fish?

I have never once eaten fish at a fast food place, but if I were to eat it, I'd give the Arbys sandwich a try.

Call me white trash, but the Filet-O-Fish is what I was raised on during lent, and the Filet-O-Fish is still my favorite. The crispy mystery fish, the soft bun, the melted cheese and the tangy tarter sauce all bring back fond memories for me.

I just had the fish sandwich from Wendys the other day for the first time. Beats the greasy McD's one. I liked it a lot.

I agree the Fillet of Fish (or whatever it's made of) was always good, but like a frickin grease bomb once in your stomach, especially if you get the double!
Looked up both the Wendys and Arbys, both are about 550 cals, but only 300 if you cut out half the bun and most of the tartar sauce....actually not bad, cept for the 25 grams of fat!
