I love the solo on Live Forever. Pretty much everything GIlmour plays is excellent too. Hendrix on All Along the Watchtower is another favorite.

About 5:33. A lot of guitar players would put this at the top. Jimmy Page is badass to the bone and his cool is a mile wide. Phat ass version of this song too.
