We always have simple syrup in the fridge during the summer for iced coffee drinks. As long as it's sealed and refrigerated, it can last at least a month or so. Never made enough to test that theory though.

SS lasts 4-6 weeks. longer if you add a shot of vodka to it.

What do you think will happen to it?
If you put it in a clean jar with a lid it should keep indefinitely.

Discovered it in the Bahamas.
How to make:
1 oz spiced rum
1 oz coconut rum
1/4 oz apricot brandy
2 oz pineapple juice
2 oz orange juice
Mix all ingredients in a highball glass with ice and shake. Garnish with an orange slice and cherry.
