Best transmission shop in Lansing?

Transmission got toasted on my drive from Maine to Michigan yesterday. Had it towed to a shop in Buffalo, NY...apparently the torque converter is the problem. They were able to help me limp it home. Any reputable shops in Lansing? It's an '01 Ram.

Call my man Bill Delonge at the Auto Surgeon(he bleeds Green), I don't think they do much tranny stuff there but he will send you to the best place in town. It might be Heights(sp?).

This thread title made me laugh because I knew whose name would pop up.
I caddied for Bill BeLonge for 9 years in my club's member guest. Very personable guy. Intimidated the hell out of some of the snotty CC types. Give him a call.

Agree x 10, My family has had 4 trans done by lansing transmission including my own explorer this year. They do great work and very reasonable.

As far as transmissions specifically i cannot say, but i got brake work done at Schep's Garage. He is pricey, but he is a good honest guy
