Big Ten Divisions after PSU gets destroyed

They have to do something, right?
They can't leave OSU/UW in one division, while UM/MSU/NEB/Iowa have to battle in another, can they? It's one thing for a single season, like OSU being banned this year, but PSU may be down for a decade, or more. They have to switch this thing up, don't they?

The Big XII divisions were just about that unbalanced the last few years of the conference, but they were divided geographically, so it would have been tougher to change it. I'd be in favor of a change, but I won't be holding my breath.

Wisconsin has a bye into the CCG with the only threat coming from purdue next year. Then after that it will be OSU and Wisconsin. The leaders division is weak. Some teams should be re-aligned

If PSU gets banned for a year, which won't happen, or if PSU shuts down it's program for a year (I could see that happening in 2013), the NCAA should likely grant a waiver for a CCG.
If divisions were done geographically
East: OSU, PSU, scUM, MSU, IU, PU
West: Illy, NU, UNL, Minny, Wisky, Iowa
Those would be so balanced. Fuck you Delany. Fuck you.

PSU absolutely should take a season off. What went on there is beyond comprehension, and for 14 years we know about, my bet is it went on much longer.
If it was a simple as firing those in charge in the Athletic Department, that would be one thing, if they were the only ones that knew. When it runs up to the President of the University, things change.
University wide corruption on this scale deserves unprecedented punishment. I sure hope it happens in 9 hours.
What does it tell the victims of the PSU crimes if PSU football survives? Football was the tool to allow this to go on at PSU, what lured the victims in to Sandusky's trap. Joe PA, the AD and the President of PA enabled this.
If I was a molested child at PSU and saw the tool what enabled me to be lured into that situation was allowed to go on unchanged, while my life was altered forever, I would be pissed.
How any of you can say PSU should walk away from this after 14 years of noted corruption, and it likely goes on 15-20 years longer. Sandusly didn't wake up as a pedophile in 1998, he was one well before that.

What's also annoying to me is that the members of the Board of Trustees are just defending reasons why they should still be in their posts.
Everyone of them should be canned as well.
Saw the video clips on espn and just pathetic that those imbeciles are clinging tightly to their trustee spots.

Ok, now that PSU has gotten hammered:
They will basically will be fielding a 1AA team for the next 5-10 years, with all the transfers, scholarship restrictions, etc.
They MUST shift the division now. Not really fair to just have UW & OSU battle it out every year between themselves, while the other division is a blood bath.
