About every big suggestion I've seen on here is in the schedule to be worked on from what I've been told. Some sooner than others. Some of these may get moved around in priority order, but they're all coming. Other parts of the site are being developed as well, but these are the message board related ones:
Imminent: 1) Better contrast for visited/unvisited threads, this is important and a top priority 2) Adding more RCMB smilies
Coming soon: 1) Private Messaging
Under development (not necessarily in order): 1) Multi-quote 2) Mobile version: Quotes 3) Mobile version: Photos in posts 4) Mods: Merging & other tools 5) Mods: Identify who is a mod 6) tSearch Function 7) Text formatting 8) Language filter (as I've said, I would like to be more lenient with it than in the past)

I've been hovering in the 40's the whole time I've been here. I don't expect to get enough "Ups" to ever get to 4 stars. But the first time I came to this board I committed the folly of hermits the great folly: I posted on tRCMB. And as I spoke to all, I spoke to none. But then in the evening, crazy wellsers and schticks were my companions; and I myself was almost a schtick. But with a new morning a new truth came to me: I meant to say, "Of what concern to me are tRCMB and posters and posts and schticks?"

Nah, it's really slow on my laptop, too. Slows the rest of my browsing down by temporarily freezing my computer (for a few instants at a time) every time I try to navigate this site.

This is happening on my machine as well using Firefox to browse. Something is trying to load(an ad or the facebook thing) every time you refresh or go to a new page and it slows everything down. I am running Ad-Block but that should speed the process up.
EDIT: the last thing the browser says as it is loading a new page are "static.ak.fbcdn.net" waiting for google-anaylitics" and sometimes "waiting for facebook."
