Good call...Boise State is home to a racist fan base. The fans taunted that Oregon running back with racist slurs...their players also provoke opposing teams with racism.
They're dirtier than Hawaii.

Okay, first of all, Hout didn't use any derogatory term toward Blount. He slapped Blount on the shoulder pads at the end of the game and asked him, "How about that ass-whipping?" In response to Blount being quoted earlier that summer as saying that the Ducks owed BSU an ass-whipping. We are not a racist fan base. Secondly, the BSU's own Broncoshop makes up a "Gameday" shirt for every game each season, road or away, that the university sanctions, so they're certain to not be insulting or derogatory toward our opponent. They're cheaply made, cheaply priced and essentially a throwaway. The hammer represents the brick-by-brick approach that BSU has used, to great success and I'm not sure how that would be insulting to Spartans or Michiganders in general. And yes, I'll be wearing mine at the game.

You know, we wondered the same thing after our first BCS Bowl win in '07, when most of that team graduated. Things have worked out pretty well since then (except for field goals).
