Every single one of my shots with a driver or wood does this... Sometimes there's no room to account for it.

Exactly. If I just tee up perpendicular to the fairway I can "shape" a shot like that.

I aim pretty close to perpendicular (probably at like a 60 degree angle from normal) and I always have the fear that this time it might go straight and I'll kill somebody. My dad always has the same curving problem, just the other way because he golfs left handed.
In addition to curving, it also comes off of the driver at an angle. I know it has to do with rotating the club on my backswing, but I just can't fix it.

That is a WEDGE no less.
Many of us shitty golfers can imagine putting an accidental bend on a ball like that - with our DRIVERS. Have you ever hooked/sliced a high iron or a wedge even 1/4 of that amount? Those clubs don't do that, even by accident. Just insane that this guy can do it un porpoise with a club like that.

Actually his drive, over 320 yards, wasn't that crooked. The hole is a dogleg left and he just drove it through the dogleg.

Went to the range to try and do this. I can get it about 30 yards of movement, but I lose a ton of distance. It's a bitch with a wedge. Almost threw out my back and aggravated my shoulder while doing it. In order to move it like he did, stop it perfectly on the green, it's just sick.

closing the face which would reduce the loft to get the extra distance should do it. maybe even toe-up. a damn hard shot to trust.

and if you ever get that figured out on the range, then go try and do the same hitting off a bed of pine straw.

Yeah, I can pretty regularly get that shot out of my driver, but not because I am trying. Two things are certain with my golf game:
1) My driver is going to put me right. As in, middle of the next fairway. If there is no fairway, and only rough, then I turn my body to the left and aim at some rediculous spot on the next fairway. And then I usually drive straight and true, onto that other fairway.
2) If I am directly behind a tree, I aim at the tree. I have never hit a tree that I have aimed at. EVER.
d) When I played consistently, my game was consistent. I wasnt very good, but I pretty much knew where my ball was going to land.
d2.0) My Happy Gilmore shot in the Jack Ebling/Tom Crawford Outing many years ago remains, to this day, my best tee shot ever. That effer went a freaking MILE
