Bud Light Platinum

Just came out yesterday. It has 6% alcohol, but doesnt taste that heavy. It only has a 130 calories. I would definitely give it a shot if you aren't a huge craft beer snob

Planning on giving it a try. I don't mind bud ice (seem to be in the minority on that) and I figure this platinum is similar?

I actually havent tried bud ice, but i've tried molson and natty ice and this is much better. It tastes pretty similar to budweiser, but just a little stronger after taste

Ya keystone is usually my shit. Just wanted to have a few brews during the game so i gave it a try. It got me a nice little buzz before work

Friend and I gave it a try tonight for the basketball and wings game.
Better than bud ice considering it doesn't taste like rotten taint. Basically taste's like regular Bud light but is 6% instead of 3.4.
Definitely worth the upgrade. I planned on drinking a few during the bball game and then going to class in the morning. Now I'm considering hitting up the "bump when drunk" thread. We split a 12er and for the extra 2 or 3 bucks it went a hell of a lot further.

I think it tastes somewhat similar to molson/labatt blue, with an added sweet flavor to it. I'm not too big on the extra sweet flavor, but it's not bad. It'll get me drunk quicker, so that's a positive.

ya thats actually the best way you could describe it. Although i kind of like the sweet flavor, and the quicker drunk is always a positive

A 6 pack is equivalent to 8.5 Bud Lights.
A 12 pack is equivalent to 17 Bud Lights.
