My Funk was kinda boring...smooth jazz combined with rapping had litttle to offer...Lilly was somewhat better...still would like to see if she can really get down on that sax...sounds like she could but sure didn't show much....

90.9 WRCJ has jazz everyday after 7pm
Toronto's jazz fm is the best radio station I have heard in North America. If you're referring to a 24 hour jazz station, I agree. Detroit needs one.

There are tons of serious jazz players...and Candy may be one but it didn't show in those cuts much...I tend to like the dead ones more though...as a sax guy I always have liked Canonball...

Saw Adderley at "The Stables" when I was at MSU...
Saw Michael Brecker at Orchastra Hall in Detroit back in the 1990's with his trio...outstanding...
