We "older, mature" Spartans believe that, in life, you earn what you receive; you should not be relying upon others, especially the varmits, to help you win a share of the Championship. A victory by us against Indiana, Ohio State or the varmits would have made this discussion probably a moot issue. We should not be backing into the title; just not the Spartan way. If the varmits win, fine, but I will keep my honor and not support them, in any way.

I dont care whether my fellow spartans root for um or iu, why would I care who you root for. I will just watch and see who wins. Either way I see it as a win win scenario.

Outcome in the B1G tournament means much more for seeding than a 4 way tie for the league title.

League titles are nice, but who remembers winning one tying with 3 others?

I say screw the BTT. If we win it, great. But I'd rather win a share of the bigten title in one of the toughest years in a long time. If we lose early and get some rest for the NCAA tournament fine.
The first time MSU basketball aired in France the French surrendered to Tom Izzo just to be safe.

Regardless of which way the Michigan and IU game goes, MSU benefits.It's a win/win for MSU so just chill and wait to see in which way MSU wins.

I am not going to pay attention to that game. Just MSU.
On the shared banners, I couldn't tell you which in Breslin are shared or outright banners. They all read the same.
Have a good showing in Chicago and lock up a solid seed (#2 is fine) and let the real reason for March begin.
