I went to the Texas State Fair for the first time last year. It was insane. I had fried Frito Pie. Who thinks of stuff like that?

The last place I lived and the current place I live now, I am within walking distance of the "local fair".
So every June I will walk down at least twice during the weekend to get an elephant ear and lemonade. Been doing this for about 6 years now.

Fiske fries with copious amounts of vinegar and salt.
I also enjoy pretzel dogs and a lemonade with a silty amount of sugar.
Luckily the fair only comes once a year.

I love fries from carnival stands, too. You know they must use the same grease to fry everything, so I get a little taste of elephant ears, chicken fingers, and Oreos in every bite.

Only White Trash people enjoy fair rides. So by extension the only people going to fairs eating the food are white trash.
