What's with all the hype over this stuff? Is it really that much better than regular yogurt? I usually just buy whatever yogurt is on sale at the store as long as it is pre-mixed -- I fucking hate the fruit at the bottom bullshit. If it's really that much better, what flavors should I try?

Never had an actual cup, but had a sample at Sam's the other day and it seemed about the same as any other yogurt. It is supposed to be much healthier though, so regardless of taste, it definitely has tangible benefits. Cost is obviously the deterrent though.
