Clyde the Glide should shut up. The only reason he even won an NBA title is because one of the game's greats went to play baseball.

He should consider himself lucky to be on the Dream Team. If Jordan would not have cock blocked Isiah then Drexler would not have even been there.

He was always bitter. He was such a whiny little bitch when the Pistons beat them in the Finals. I remember after they split the first two at the Palace, him saying, "We're going back to Portland and we're not coming back." Gotta give him credit for calling that right!
I always felt that he wanted to be in that conversation with Bird, Magic, and Jordan, but was always left out. Seems to still eat away at him.

Clyde is probably the poster child for the current NBA stars who all want to make sure they play in a big market. I'm sure he's always been bitter than the likes of Magic, Jordan, Bird, etc. got more press, more endorsements, etc. in their markets.

Rumor is that the same book says Clyde thought he was as good as Jordan but didn't shoot as much as Jordan. I want to read this book, McCullum is a good writer.

Yes he did. Too bad Kareem is such a whiner about his basketball life. Some of the books he's written about history (mostly about Harlem, where he grew up) are really good and he's become a pretty respected voice in that world. The basketbal stuff just seems more bitter every time he opens his mouth.
