That's seem about right.
why do you feel the need to defend Michigan in every single thread they get mentioned? That's the bizarre part that has people rightfully giving you shit. you go out of your way to declare how good they are, and at the same time go out of your way to say how far ahead of MSU they are and that we have no shot at beating them.
I'm not sure why it's so difficult to understand the very simple fact that Michigan has yet to play a remotely decent opponent on the road. They got NC State at home. and that's their only good opponent in 16 games. I haven't seen anyone use that observation as a basis for saying Michigan Sucks! Rather, it's not unreasonable to question just how good they might be at this stage without sufficient evidence that they can handle good teams on the road. Next two games are @ tOSU and @ Minny. They win those and they'll be fully deserving of the #1 spot. Until then, they just happen to be the last team to play a tough road game.
Think of it this way...if Duke played @ Wake Forest today instead of in Raleigh, we wouldn't be having this conversation. Michigan's played at Northwestern and hosted Iowa and Nebraska. Not exactly tough games. NW and NE are 2 of the bottom 3 in the league (along with PSU) and won't win many games this year.
1) I'm not a u of m fanboy, I'm judging them on their year so far and 2) I agree with you that they will be tested but you can only judge a team on what they have done up to this point
Quit being so rational. UM is the GOAT.
To be fair, Kelly didn't play for Duke and Curry got hurt in the final 5 minutes
Also, K State, currently ranked #18, is not "remotely good" and if you think they are, you're a scUM slurper
That is right on the money. If they win half of those, i would call that a victory. I still have a feeling Indiana will win the Big Ten title.
We thrashed NC State and now they thrashed Duke. It is quite obvious we are #1 in the world
At Home no less.
MICHIGAN IS NUMBA 1 NUMBA 1. CALL UP AIR GEORGIA IT's PARTY IN AA.
I don't think it's unreasonable to believe that Duke with a healthy Kelly and Curry would've beaten NC State today. Not exactly a 'hater' line of thinking.
Duke is winless in true road games this season.
