I love MSU as much as anyone and if I was a 1st rounder I would leave. It doesn't make sense.
Millions can be gone in one freaking play.
It's not quick cash, it's just cash. Invest it right and last a couple years in the NFL and you never have to worry about money.
There's a time and a place for everything and it's called college.
Didn't like taking a pay cut to go to the NFL.

It is ALWAYS a great day to be a Spartan!!!!
Over a hundred tried but there could only be one BDubs Champion of the World!
The allure of coming back to a team that was one game better than MSU in 2012 is clearly what made the difference.
just because so idiot has him a lock first round draft pick doesnt mean that was the grade he was given. Someone might have told him that he would slip to the 2nd.
I'm pretty sure that's not it.
LOL what's a moran?
It has become clear that a meeeeechigan education isn't as great as they think. I guess General Studies doesn't have a math or econ requirement.
He did such a bang up job against 'Bama and OSU, even MSU.
Who the hell has the time to go through and put that together?

It's not about his salary his first year, it's about getting to free agency sooner. The money he is losing, assuming he doesn't flame out, is off the back end which will be millions.
Not that I am against it. He can do whatever he wants. Yet if he has even a decent NFL career the move will cost him millions by the time his career is over.
Not sure, but obviously someone with a good amount of free time of their hands.
You're an idiot. Our game plan was always to contain Robinson, not bull rush or speed rush and open room for him to run. How'd that work out for us?
Yeah, because getting your diploma is always a stupid move.
hah thats assuming he would be a 1st round pick... Obviously the blue wall and scum fans think he is, but if you look at any real NFL scouts I don't think he'd be that high would he?
This has to be a direct result from the bowl game, after Clowney took it to him most of the afternoon. Kid is smart enough to realize he's not ready to get owned every down in the NFL.
Guess the next Jeff Backus needs another year of being "coached up".
Wow, almost 15k posts.
I'm sure you get laid a lot in your parents' basement.
WOTS is he's planning to take out an insurance policy to cover potential injuries ala leinhart
Gholston is to michigan fans what Dawson is to Purdue.
