Also, Warren De La Salle got blown out by every decent team they faced. The bulk of Morris's numbers came against the cupcakes of the league.
Let's be honest, if Gardner gets his medical redshirt- Sugar Shane won't be starting until his 3rd year on campus.. Hard to imagine he'd be too pleased with that...
Sounds like Joe Boisture.
What are the "cupcakes" of the catholic league? I agree he played poorly this year against the best teams in the state of Michigan and one of the best teams in the country in Ohio. DLS played an extremely tough schedule, put them in almost any league other than the catholic league or OK Red and they probably would be one of the top 2 teams.
Those are his junior year stats, senior year was much worse in only 4 games. 40-83-456-3TDs-3INTS, 48% completion, Morris is the Mitch McGary of Wolverine Football.
His junior and seniro seasons combined he was 161-318-2340 22 TDS and 10 INTs, 51% completion.
Terry played against better competition probably too, but hey, Morris is really good at passing drills at camps in the summer with no actual football game being played.
I am happy we're getting Terry, I think he's the best freshman QB coming into the B1G next Fall.
Someone's twat was hurt.
I won't comment on Morris vs Terry, but Morris definitely played better competition. Terry being the best incoming QB is a bold statement since the B1G is pulling a ridiculous QB haul next year as even Illinois and Northwestern are pulling in some top tier talent, not to mention Hackenburg who is also very hyped.
Why the fuck isn't this troll banned yet? And why is Witfong on here posting articles about Michigan offering our players?
Cool, just looked them up quickly thanks.

Offer an explanation other than Pennsylvania football is better than Michigan on aggregate so therefore the handful of teams Terry played are better than those that Morris played?
Even if Morris played a tougher schedule overall (which I'm not certain is the case) he certainly wasn't very productive against good teams. The only good teams he faced were Cleveland St. Ignatius (9-for-20, 2 INT, QBR 22) and Brother Rice (8-for-18, 1 INT, QBR 37). He "padded" his stats against mediocre teams like Ann Arbor Pioneer, Fordson, and UofD Jesuit, but he was also 4-for-11 with 2 INTs against somewhat abysmal Chander Park Academy. I just don't think he lived up to the hype his senior year, and I don't think he'll live up to the hype as a freshman in college either if he plays.
Pennsylvania football is better than michigan. Oh and Shane Morris sucked a Brady hoke sized choad all year.
Catholic Central and OLSM who are both in state finals games aren't good?
He didn't play in either of those games, dumbass.
But he looked good facing a "seven apple"
rush during the camp circuit.
Pretty big oversight on my part
I think you've proven how much you really know about Morris and his performance this year. Go away now, troll.
At what point does the humiliation and embarrassment actually factor into you leaving and never coming back? I would have thought that you reached that point long ago.
MaxPreps disagrees. I don't know what else provides analysis on HS football that could give any further evidence but why is Terry's competition so good?
