What are some things that you wish someone would have told you to help you be successful as you were just getting finishing college and going into the real world?
Mine would be:
1. Don't spend money on stupid shit like $6 coffee's everyday.
2. Pay off student loans ASAP.
3. Don't have kids until you are 30 or financially established.
5. Don't be afraid to relocate for job opportunities.
6. Take some risks.
I like these...thanks
To die in ann arbor is redundant
Don't spend your next 10-15 years trying to find fulfillment through employment. Very few people are passionate about something that they can realistically make a living in. Instead, focus on finding something that you reasonably like that you can make decent money in and obtain your ideal work/life balance doing.

Always ask for more money than what is on your offer letter.
Start your own business. And do it online.
90% of the classes I took in college were a total and complete waste of time. If you have a great idea at 18 go with it before you have 5 years of student loan debt that shackle you to a 40 hour a week job with health insurance and a 401k.
Choose wise investments, such as financing a big screen tv from Rent-A-Center.
Why? You wouldn't listen to someone my age anyway.

Girls that went to UM don't get any prettier with time.
So you're saying you got ahead in the world by getting plowed in the ass all the time? Thanks but......
Do the exact opposite of this. Find something you enjoy and work your ass off becoming brilliant at it. Work becomes pleasure, you'll make great money, you'll earn the respect of those around you, and will have more pussy than you could dream of.

1. Get busy living or get busy dying.
2. You can get a good look at a T bone by sticking your head up a butcher's ass...no wait, it's gotta be your bull.
3. Be the ball.
4. Free cable is the ultimate aphrodisiac.
5. Put some ice on it. After that there's nothing a few beers wont take care of
If you want something then go get it. Don't be a pussy about it.

This country was built by people who worked hard then went home and had just a few too many every night. Then went back to work.

Don't care so much about what others think and commit yourself to things rather than being scatterbrained.

Don't spend the most vibrant years of your life rotting away in a cubicle.

I respectfully disagree----a chick who is a 5/6 but banks some serious coin (250+ a year) suddenly becomes very good looking
For most careers, the skills you are taught in college will quickly become obsolete. Learn how to learn, because you'll be doing that the rest of your life.
The next most important talent is networking -- if you are good at networking, you will go very far no matter what field you are in.
