Anyone have pics of Painter's daughter?
It was a chest thump/intimidation tactic since he was close to Carroll, but absolutely NOT a thrown punch. Anybody who doesn't recognize that has never watched sports in the modern era. That's what kids do these days.
"RCMB: You will never find a more wretched hive of scum and villainry." - some dude from MgoBlog
Maybe it wasn't a punch - really unclear. But you're right - kids only celebrate and never throw punches, or elbows, or try to hurt opposing players. Kid's these days are a happy go lucky bunch.
Inconclusive. Play stands as called on the field.
1) It wasn't a punch. 2) It's obvious why he reacted that way - the Purdue player came in and gave him a forearm shiver in the back trying to push him out of position for the rebound. And it was blatant enough to have been a foul too.
It's not unclear at all, you're just a fucking idiot who has to argue everything.
The lack of reaction by the Purdue guy tells me it either wasn't a punch, or if it was, it didn't connect.
Remind yourself. Nobody built like you, you design yourself.
I was prepared to down vote when I read the title, but if I could up vote a zilly times, I would.
There's a time and a place for everything and it's called college.
While we're talking about behavior, Terone Johnson Sr. (the dad) was a classless ass. The guy didn't shut up the entire game. Complained about the officiating literally every time down the court. Insulted our players during free throws. Threatened multiple times in the game to come up and fight people in the Izzone. I was actually surprised security didn't step in at one point and escort him out. I understand we were heckling Purdue pretty bad, but it was respectful. Have some class and act like a grown adult.
He was looking to the ref for help. "Please don't let the bad man hurt me"
According to Purdue fans Appling and Payne are thugs along with Dawson
Re: God I hate Branden Dawson Reply
Yea I'd love to have Harris but Dawson can keep his thug antics in East Lansing. He fits well with Appling and Payne.

Payne is academic all big ten.

Looking forward for the rematch and not getting these inbred refs. I hope Dawson blows a knee and has to work at McDonald's the rest of his life. Well being a thug he probably won't have a long one anyway.1/5 2:07 PM | IP: Logged
Purdue fans have been butthurt towards MSU since Painer failed to land Dawson. Let them sulk in their own waste about it,

Never in a million years would I think Appling would be labeled a thug.
What a thug!
It's no wonder his son had to be held back by 4 people after the Dawson play and still wouldn't stop. His mom almost ran onto the court too before another family member ran after her and grabbed her.
They're still holding onto the whole sexual assault thing. Their team sucks so they need to rehash the same bitching points and hate on IU.
yeah it kinda looks like he faked him out. The purdue player flinched. But then again its inconclusive.
I look forward to the next recruit Izzo takes from Painter. PU fans need to look in the mirror. Skippy needs to recruit his own state better.
Its five o'clock somewhere.
Fixed for brevity since its the same whiney bs from BH
"losing Caleb Benenoch is a blow that Dantonio will never recover from. Izzo has lost it as well. Hoke and Beilein own the state."
Haha. Just like he will look at Trice getting elbowed in the face, or Purdue guys in our huddle during a dead ball.
If we can trick Coach Krzyzewski into saying his own name backwards, perhaps he will be pushed back to the fifth dimension
Anyone that thinks it was a punch: do you honestly think the Purdue kid could stand there and take a punch to the gut and not react at all? If he did, he's one tough mofo. But it was obviously just a fist pump/stare down
