Without Richrod, there is no Denard.
I'm sure they found a loophole in the rules to allow for all his RB yards to count as QB yards. Once again, the Michigan Difference coming through.
"RCMB: You will never find a more wretched hive of scum and villainry." - some dude from MgoBlog
Huh? We held Michigan to 0 TDs. He didn't beat us, our offense beat us.
Denard was a decent college player, but after he led a handshake protest in 2011 against MSU, I lost all respect for him.
So much for being a super nice kid, he doesn't respect opponents. Especially ones that make him look like a fool every season.
tRCMB - Where MSU fans eat their own.
They found the loophole by pulling it out of their ass. To count his rushing yards today as QB rushing yards is the definition of ignorance.
I don't get the hatred towards him here. I've never heard him lambast an opponent in my life.
I wouldn't say that Denard himself is hated. We hated him getting so much hype for being a mediocre QB that could run really fast. It's akin to the media propping up certain programs as being "elite" when they haven't won much of anything in 60 years.
I don't think he'll survive as a running back either. If he can play in the slot I think he'd have something and not be injured constantly.
Nobody hates Denard Robinson. Hate is a strong word. We like to criticize him because he can't throw a football, because he's a sore loser and because the media placed him on a pedestal despite the fact he didn't win anything. Beyond all that, he is (was) the starting QB for our main rival, so what more reason do we need? We get that UM and OSU fans like to suck each other off, but that's not how we do things.
Can we apply for a 5th season for him? The only requirement is he has to play QB. Thank God they didn't think to put him at RB or in the slot sooner or they might have actually done something.
Lawrence Thomas currently holds the record for most career receiving yards by a middle linebacker.
The so-called running yardage by a q.b. is one of the most meaningless stats in the history of sports...as the poster said above, do they keep such stats on things like longest run by a field goal kicker/punter? Passing yardage by a r.b.? If fans need to grasp at straws like these to make things look like something they aren't, so be it....and those who do are delusional....and, clearly, delusional fits a certain fan base to a T. Hope they have an ice place to display the Heisman trophy down there in AA...oh, wait, had to return it after September again.
TJ Duckett has to have it for rushing yards and TDs by a LB.
You can't be serious. So when Taylor Martinez ran for 205 and 2 TD's against us, we shouldn't count it as anything and it should go into a black hole? In today's game, a QB's running yards is the deciding factors in so many games.
If they get rid of anything, it should be sack-yardage counting against a QB. It should be it's own column. Just because you have a terrible OLine and are sacked from the shotgun 1 second after the ball is snapped shouldn't mean you ran for negative yards.

Denard was such a great college QB, UM let Gardner play QB most of their bowl game.
add to that his "hey, everyone! look at me, I don't tie my shoes!" schtick...he represented all that was bad with society - such a passive aggressive dooshbag.
You think they'll make him tie his shoes if he makes it on an NFL team?
A Spartan Today, A SPARTAN FOREVER. Through thick and thin, low and high water I strive to be the best Spartan ever.
his teammates are going to hate him...they'll be hiding his shoes all over the club house like adults do for children easter egg hunts.
And here's to you, Mrs. Robinson
Jesus loves you more than you will know (Wo, wo, wo)
God bless you please, Mrs. Robinson
Heaven holds a place for those who pray
(Hey, hey, hey...hey, hey, hey)
We'd like to know a little bit about you for our files
We'd like to help you learn to help yourself
Look around you, all you see are sympathetic eyes
Stroll around the grounds until you feel at home
That or the NFL will fine him due to their absurdly ridiculous dress requirements.
I heard Denard Robinson doesn't tie his shoelaces because he wants to stay light in his loafers.
Denard is a great athlete, a great person, and can take a beating. The reason everyone on here hates him is because he plays for Braaaaaaady Hoooooke (Philosopher king). I don't always hate him, but when I do he's (laying) on the field against the Spartans.
Most UM guys that I know aren't too sad to see him leave.
when denard sticks his dick down your throat, he must ease it down there and work with you on the gag reflex, because you love him so much.
Who will be the UM player that the dooshnoggle brigade falls in love with in 2013?
