Stub Hub prices are insane right now.
Are people seriously paying $300-$400/ea for 200 level tickets?
Scored 2 FLDT tickets this morning, I am assuming these are the GA tix in front of the stage, pretty much made my day, at least until tonight.
Incorrect, you are in section T at the far left side of the field. I posted the seating chart on the previous page. ALL of the GA tix in front of the stage are going to the TenClub.

Fastest sellout for a concert at Wrigley. I was lucky enough to get a pair in section 228. Not great seats but better than the 500 level. Can't wait, it's going to be a fun show.
According to Wrigley and Tickets.com, this Pearl Jam show is the fastest concert to sell out at Wrigley of all time.
From info I am hearing this is approximately what the Tenclub was able to get for seats in yellow(not exact as there were some half sections). It looks like they were not able to secure nearly as many as they would have liked and this is partly do to the Cubs having to save some tickets for season ticket holders, some tickets being held for local neighborhood people, and because Tickets.com is pretty evil and in bed with both scalpers and StubHub.
Bruco somehow got four. Not in the tenclub, not a cubs season ticket holder.
Any idea what section? I heard the sale this morning was rough....Lots and lots of pissed off fans both in and out of the TenClub. The London, Ontario show was worse as the website crashed and screwed over tons of people that were in the process of placing an order.
PS Did he do it on the phone or over the internet....Some people were able to score tickets fast on the phone.
I was trying to call and couldn't get through. Ended up getting selected from the online waiting room around 10:15am. It looked like I could buy two on the field, or two in the $72 zone, but not 4 together. TIckets.com only gives you like 90 seconds to decide.
I ended up getting 4 in section 239, which is fine by me.
Not all season ticket holders were able to get tickets. I know at least 2 people with season tickets (one with 5 seats and the other with 2 seats) that got shut out on the presale.
This map generally corresponds with unavailable sections on Stub Hub right now too, though there are some GA tickets available (currently 42). I wonder if those are fan club tickets, or if there might've been some GA tickets to other sources?
Thanks, I'm still cool with that. Was in the online waiting room 15 minutes prior to tip-off and was in within the first 2 minutes of the on-sale time. From the looks of it I got some of the best of what was available to the public.
My mom is a 28 year season ticket holder and was unable to get any through the Cubs, as was my buddy who lives in the neighborhood and tried through their pre-sale.
I don't live in the area anymore, but have friends who did not even try to get tickets assuming their would be an additional date added. I am aware of the Jason Aldean concert on Saturday, what are the chances of a Thursday date being added? I figured if anyone would know it would be the fine folks on tRCMB.
Those GA tickets are fake: ether scalpers put them in as a scam or people made those so they can look at other tickets and alerts. No GA tickets went public.
Not certain. Seems like just getting into the stadium is an accomplishment.
I could be wrong, but I think part of the agreement with Wrigley neighbors and the city was that they wouldn't have concerts on weeknights. To my knowledge, they've only done concerts in recent years on Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
With the Jason Aldean/Kelly Clarkson show on July 20, I'd say a second Pearl Jam show is very unlikely.
That was my thought as well. Would love to see it happen, though. Hell, it's summertime, kids don't have school, screw it, it's Pearl Jam!
Ten is the 22nd album to reach 10 million album sales in the US:
It has been confirmed that there will not be a second show at Wrigley. There is a small, very small chance they play a small venue as a fan club only event the night before but I wouldn't count on it.
If you hang around Stanley's Kitchen and Tap in Lincoln Park there's a good chance you'll find Eddie Vedder there at some point that weekend.
Last summer, he showed up at Stanley's with Chris Cheleos and Kerry Wood, and sang karaoke songs with the crowd.
In 2007 he performed at Stanley's with Kid Rock during Lollapalooza weekend. Lance Armstrong and Dennis Rodman were also hanging out with him.
1500 tickets currently listed on Stubhub starting at $250/ea for upper deck. (Including 92 in the GA pit area priced at $1600/ea)
I would assume that the number of stadium seat tickets available goes way up once tickets.com mails out tickets to people.
FYI it has been confirmed that all of the GA tickets listed on stubhub are fake
Confirmed by who? I'm surprised Stubhub keeps them up if they are fake. I'm sure there are idiots out there buying them.
I also don't really see how fake ticket listings on stubhub benefit anyone.
This is pretty cool:
A tribute to Pearl Jam. 60 Pearl Jam song titles were slipped into the IBSF bobsled television coverage by Olympic Gold Medalist and guest color commentator Curt Tomasevicz during the 2012-2013 bobsled season. Some were subtle, some maybe not as smooth...
After the 2010 Olympics, Curt was invited to play bass with the band at a concert in Kansas City. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2dJyaNe1Utg
Bump when your tickets arrive in the mail.
PS I will bump when I pick up my fanclub tix day of show
I always have a minor freak out about something getting messed up with the order/delivery of tickets. Always a relief to actually have them in-hand.
I also almost always order hard tickets, rather than the print and scan variety.
