I'm no plumber, but I'll clean your pipes and twittle your downstairs valve!!
Presumably all of you have PM'd her pictures of your ass crack to verify your expertise...
You'll need to prepare the Fetzer valve with some 3-n-1 oil and some gauze pads. And you'll need about ten quarts of antifreeze, preferably Prestone. No, make that Quaker State.

I'm guessing with the price of copper someone has stolen your pipes. I'd turn the water of ASAP becuase the walls are going to fill the attic full of water and ruin the insulation up there.
John, John cock-tos-ten.
Probably, but at least it will kill all of the mice and bats.
Can I borrow your towel? My car just hit a water buffalo.
Oh, its me, Dr Rosenpenis
Why dont you two go down to the gym and pump each other
Classic movie, lol
Do you have the Beatles' White Album? Never mind, just being me a cup of hot fat and the head of Alfredo Garcia.
Love that movie.
Bump for update
About halfway there. The water is running in all but two fixtures (upstairs bathroom), but I haven't looked for the possible "upstairs valve" yet. The water pressure is terrible, though. The good news is that I'm not moving in for a few weeks, so at least I have somewhere to pee and somewhere to wash paint brushes while I'm over there working.
My brother-in-law is a plumber (gone at police academy during the week, that's why I didn't ask him in the first place), so I'm going to have him take a look.
Does the upstairs toilet tank fill after flushing? If yes, then the valve you're looking for could be under the sink where pipes are coming up from the floor or out of the wall.
If the toilet will not fill, then defer to previous comments about finding the valve in the basement.
Are your pipes galvanized or copper? If they're galvanized you're water pressure will likely suck because your pipes and fixtures are filled with rust. Copper pipes was one of the first things I got after I bought my house, because water would barely even flow out of some fixtures. Definitely worth the money.
Welp, figured out the water pressure issue. One of the outdoor hose faucets has been running for the past day on full-blast and I didn't know it. Turned it off and everything inside looks good now. I guess I just won't be able to take a shower and water my lawn at the same time.

If you bought the old Thompson place in back of me, I certainly would not mind if you just showered under the sprinkler. Most commercial shampoos are excellent soil enhancers.
Congratulations on the new home!

My first house had galvanized plumbing, I would never ever buy a house with it again.
sure you could, just shower outside on your lawn... neighbors will love you...
