I bet this kid hangs out on message boards and starts threads complaining about other people at the gym.
All it took was the asshole who received the letter to think it's "funny" and the rest of the turds in the chain don't want to be osctracized so they send it along with a "lolz".
The letter wasn't good, but it wasn't that bad either, and I don't find it funny. It's a kid putting his ass the on line and his identity out in the open, and these fuckheads shat on him. If the kid is as talented as he says he is, he'll have no problems with jobs in other fields.

The government...since government intervention created this mess.
Of course, even though you know that, your dogma doesn't allow you to recognize it. You are spewing the rhetoric of group think in this thread...c'mon guy, it's halftime in America. Think for yourself for a change...stop letting yourself be brainwashed.

I wouldn't pass it around, but between the bench press and pullups and "terrifying efficiency," I'd certainly be tempted. It's really bad.
Both douchebags and non-douchebags can both find the same things funny, and I'm sure there are decent people in the industry.
I just upvoted you twice with terrifying efficiency.
I actually agree w/you. This seems more like a "Tucker Max" type prank than an honest, legit attempt at landing a job.
Typical Gen Y Millenial. Beware, there are hundreds of thousands of this type of poor fuck about to come out into the workforce en masse.
Applying for a job at JP Morgan, and he mentions Morgan Stanley.....Yikes.
Don't forget that he quit Villanova because the work was too easy.
If I was reading a cover letter that said they quit Michigan State because it was too easy, that resume would instantly be in the recycle bin.

I know you just post to push buttons (half the time? all the time?), I can never tell if you are serious or not and that's fine. The government is a mess, no argument from me.
I am afraid that the whole world is closer to moral foreclosure.
hell, I threw out any that mentioned "Michigan" or "Notre Dame."

And yet, there is still cancer in the world...
If he had stopped before the bench pressing, maybe. After that, it was a total trainwreck.
From the comments section of that link
The young stud you see here lifting 140 lb. (each!) weights is Aleksey Vayner, Yale senior and current man in the news. The Sun reports that Vayner recently sent a resume to investment bank UBS and included a promotional video:
He's a business student... what kind of challenge did he really expect from that?
"Here's the video, which must be watched in full to appreciate the complete twatosity involved."
I don't feel sorry for the guy.
"Vayner created a fake charity. He named himself CEO of a non-existent investment firm. And he plagiarized a book on the Holocaust."
Edit: Is that the same guy?

You have clearly never watched the real world...
Different guy, similar story. That video is from 2006.
Anyone that is bitching about investment bankers is most likely jealous that you couldn't cut it in the industry. MSU's finance program doesn't crank out that many, but the ones I know are great guys. That same letter could have been forwarded around in any other industry. Pipe down on throwing the i-bankers under the bus, just because you couldn't do the work.
Yeah. That's exactly not it.
Condition downgraded to dead. While "impossible is nothing" death is inevitable.
Sounds like he died with terrifying efficiency.
^ ok, I lol'd.
But wow, what a sad, strange turn of events. RIP.
