This is a recipe thread...
After taking care of your old lady, I'd definitely recommend sleeping in another room. Especially if she's a vegetarian.
Perhaps she enjoys a good Dutch Oven?
35,600 posts and counting since 09-09-2002. tRCMB Dead Pool Commissioner.
Dutch!? It would be like Auschwitz under those blankets. (Too soon?)
My goto drunken concoction:
Slather some butter on two slices of bread, throw a couple slices of American cheese in between, salt and pepper, toss that sumbitch in the micro for 1:00 and voila, 3AM lazy man's grilled cheese.
No old lady action until tomorrow.
Osmo, cmon that sounds awful. At least toast that shit.
That stuff looks good, radio, but not exactly random fridge & cupboard drunken random fare.
This was my specialty, thankfully I've lost a few pounds since eating this about 1-2X per week: by layer:
3 fried eggs
Chorizo with scrambled eggs with corn tortillas.
That's not exactly random; you can get that at most authentic Mexican restaurants that serve breakfast.
"Those fans are in for a world of hurt...they've never gone up against a premium message board fan base like ours."-Vim
Scrambled egg, ham, swiss cheese and baked beans sandwich on home made bread.
True. What I usually do is put in the chorizo myself until it's cooked and add the scramble the eggs into it. Add sour cream and some jalepeno peppers and you are golden. It's pretty good hangover food.
That does sound pretty good, hangover or not.
I call them "Emergency Nachos."
1) Nacho chips or something in a chip type form.
2) Cheese. Any kind from shredded cheddar to american to Velveeta.
4) Add salsa, sour cream, etc.
This also works for "what's for dinner?"
"I don't know?"
"Fend for yourself?"
60 seconds later the dinner of champions. What it lacks in nutrition it makes up for in efficiency.
Get two hot-n-readys, then put chilli cheese fries between them. Best served with a heavy-bodied red, or a can of Milwaukee's best.
Kraft Mac and cheese, can of tuna, liberal amount of sricha.
Mix thoroughly - starch, protein, heat. Everything a good drunk desires.
Since light travels faster than sound, people appear bright until you hear them speak.
Homer Simpson's patented moon waffle.
tRCMB - Visit at your own risk of being disgusted.
How the hell do you not weigh 400 pounds?
As an undergrad my go tos:
Spaghettios, potato chips, cut up a microwaved hot dog, relish and stir.
Toasted bread, peanut butter, chocolate sauce and marsh mallows, and microwave.
Last night I was eating a bowl of vanilla bean ice cream. Threw two scoops of peanut butter in there and it was fucking heaven.
Were u drunk though?
A little but it was good enough I'll try again sober. Full disclosure: I fucking LOVE peanut butter.
Smoked sausage, small chunks
Tater tots, broken up
saute in margarine
scramble in 6 eggs
Season with salt, pepper, Siracha
melt cheese on top
Serve with warm tortillas
Goldfish crackers - sour cream - Frank's Red Hot
Get off my lawn.
The unmarked can is smoked oysters
