Even better... He dropped 70 on the Huskers before leaving (Bo P and Dr. Tom)
Looks like Bret has a shot at starting 4-0:
@ Ole Miss
6-7 wins are possible on that schedule. If he hits 7 watch the expectations go through the roof.
Looks like Miles and Bielema are going to compete with each other in time management f#ckups. Should be exciting to watch!
If you can do a half-assed job of anything, you're a one-eyed man in a kingdom of the blind.

and speaking schedules, next year MSU, UM and Nebraska are all off of Wisconsin's schedule. Their game with OSU would pretty much be a one game playoff for the Leaders title.
'Those who make peaceful revolution impossible will make violent revolution inevitable'
- President John F. Kennedy
6 MAYBE, 7 I don't see. 7 he has to win at Rutgers, which is no gimme, and then all 3 of the toss up games - Auburn, Ole Miss, Miss State. Not going to happen considering the piss pour product he has to work with and the fact he'll be completely overhauling their offense. What he'll be doing will be the opposite of Rich Rod.
I could see him taking Auburn and either Mississippi school. I think they win at Rutgers.
If you are going to count fired coaches. Then the B1G gets to claim Zook from Florida to Illinois.
I wouldn't call @Rutgers a sure win
They lost at home to Rutgers this year 35-26
damn, whatta stupid move. coach the razorbacks to 3 or 4 ho-hum seasons, get fired and only pocket upwards of 15 million green(not razor) backs. almost inexplicable.
Not at all serious.
Watching Bielema vs Les Miles will be some good TV entertainment
That's why I said he has a "shot" at starting 4-0. I would agree @ Rutgers is a toss-up.
Or he could stay at Wisky for 10 more years and pocket a ton more. And oh yeah, actually win.
To qoute Lee Corso,
"When a school is bragging about academic's vs wins, it's time to fire the coach".
"I think the world is run by C students"
You may want to rethink your conclusion a bit there champ. There's a TON of money in NW Arkansas
I've heard, even before this, that BB always had an eye at going back to Iowa eventually. Maybe he's thinking he can get paid huge for 3/4 years at Ark and then come back home to take over Iowa when Ferentz finally leaves.
Hmm... I think I'm actually going to miss Bret, he was fun to hate on and part of a burgeoning rivalry. Waddling around on the sidelines like he did.
Put in Cousin!
Pelini is apparently going to interview at Tennessee
Better bring in some JUCO o-linemen for his scheme.. trying to move to a power offense from that finesse shit Petrino and John L ran will not be pretty for a year or two against the physical fronts of Bama, Florida, LSU, SCar and A&M.
