He just said at the Alabama Arkansas game:
"Somebody explain what "fab" is to me because that team never won anything"

It's amazing how those delusional morons at the Wolverine celebrate them still.
tRCMB - Where MSU fans eat their own.
They wrecked the program for 20 years.
But...but...but...they were cultural icons!!!
"But they changed the game....intimidation, mean, nasty"
Sorry, UNLV did all that stuff way better than UM one whole year prior, and they actually beat Duke once and won something.
"I got it! Black Socks! Long shorts!"

Anyone. Anyplace. Anytime.
Jalen Rose, a member of the Wolverines' Fab Five, is happy his alma mater has returned to prominence, and expects it to make a deep tournament run. He hopes to be there for it -- along with the rest of the Fab Five.
Rogue Leader= Obese coward who didn't attend MSU and has no college degree
Or how they pin everything on Chris Webber. Nevermind that the basketball program had Ed Martin in the room during recruiting visits or that they hooked him up with tickets all the time
...and Illinois had some players that did the black sock thing several years before them as well.
The difference between the Fab 5 and UNLV/Illinois is that those other teams have something besides fashion trends to point to as accomplishments.
The Flying Illini also wore baggy shorts too. Basically everything that Michigan does is copied from other schools and programs. Everything.
Knight beat Webber and Co. with his Cheaney teams 3 out of 4.
Had Alan Henderson not blown his knee, IU would likely have won the whole thing in 93. Great, great team.
As fans of a coach and basketball program that places as high a value on reaching Final Fours as our program does, you'd think our fan base would give a little more respect to other programs that reach that plateau. It's a pretty damn impressive accomplishment. We don't hang banners for it because its chopped fucking liver.

We give respect to other programs that reach that plateau WITHOUT CHEATING.
I don't see any Final Fours in the rafters or the record books for the fab five
Remind yourself. Nobody built like you, you design yourself.
We always have...for those programs that didn't cheat to get there.
Those fraudulent UM and UCONN teams don't deserve respect, they deserve notoriety.
Sure, but for being a team that claims Revolutionary status, you'd think they'd have an actual league or national championship to their credit.
Oops. Snake Eyes on that roll.
Yeah, Ed staying on the same floor as the team at NCAA tourney sites. But......but......he was just a rogue guy giving money to all Detroit kids, no connection to the program.
Woah. Woah. Woah. Timeout here with this shit.
Michigan doesn't hang their banners for some reason.
“From my point of view, taking the banners down was the right thing to do because it was a very difficult time for the university and we were ashamed of what happened because the university has higher standards than that,” Coleman told the Daily. “We're the University of Michigan -- that shouldn't happen.”

Frieder and Fisher all had that dude in their Rolodex. There's a good reason that when he went into jail he said "Go Blue".
I don't look in the record books and neither does most anyone. Those games were played and most of us saw them when they happened. Vacating games from 'record books' is the most toothless, useless punishment the NCAA can possibly lay down on a program. If they can't vacate those games from our memories then they can't be vacated. It's lip service. Nothing else.
Knight said all of that during the Arkansas-Alabama game. I laughed my ass off.
I. Hate. Michigan.
Go to hell
P.S. JLS sucks.

BornToBeRed said: WPS, just a head's up. We might be the most family-friendly board on the network, so take it easy on your normal wps-ness.
That's weird. Because the only one jerking off to their performances is YOU.
Aren't you supposed to be busy with a WMU qbs' balls on your chin?
Nevermind that it was played with ineligible players. I'm sure Southern Methodist message boards sit around and reminisce about the glory days like UofM too.
You mad bro?
They are pathetic cheaters, deal with it and put your dick away.
