And here are some better pics
i'm going to spend waaaaay too much money on this.
I would definitely buy a v-neck like that Auburn one in green with the Spartan head logo. That would be pretty sweet.
Same here. Would be great to wear at work on Casual Friday.
Seriously, where the fuck can I buy this stuff?
That cuff logo is nice - might be able to get away with that at work - WHEN CAN WE BUY?!?
I think you can buy now - at least I assume so given I got the email today. The annoying part is that it seems they are not selling the gear online. I can't do it today, but I hope to swing by the Somerset store in the next few days to see what they have. I will report back if I do.
I hope they have a pro-combat sweater vest...that would be pretty bad ass!!
There's a Brooks Brothers outlet store in Birch Run... that is, if you're not ashamed to buy the items that tanfan has rejected as unsatisfactory for his own personal use.
There is one at Great Lakes Crossing as well, but when you click on the link in the email it takes you to a locator of their actual retail stores only - i.e., not the outlets. I would guess that they don't sell this gear at the outlets.
Why? We are always one of the top selling colleges in US and Worldwide. We have classy fans, and they make a lot of money compared to most schools.
Doesn't seem like you thought that through too much..
I really want a pristine MSU tie. Most are gimmicky and look like they have no place in a professional setting. If ties are apart of this thing I am all over it.
UM is releasing a similar line with Walmart and JCrew to appeal to both sets of demographics for their fanbase.
hoke- to alter or manipulate so as to give a deceptively or superficially improved quality or value.
Wow I can't wait!
-douches who bitch about $75 MSU hoodies
Not really...East Coast and Southern schools love gear like this. If anything, MSU is the one that kinda sticks out (I practically consider UM an East Coast school in this situation)
It's true, I didn't. I was too busy screaming First Down Bitch! to think about our overarching classiness. But seriously, I guess I figured if Brooks Brothers was going to do this it would be for the schools of the east coast elite - i.e., NYU, UM, Princeton, etc. - as well as maybe a few of the big football schools (especially in the SEC where they dress up for tailgates) - i.e., Bama, Auburn, maybe Ole Miss. I also don't generally track the numbers of the sale of collegiate gear as I am not in that industry.
There were not any MSU cups at bed bath and beyond today. About 30 other schools though.
That's because the MSU cups are at Crate & Barrel or Williams Sonoma.
Lies. I checked there too.
Huh? MSU is a public ivy. They are east coast elite.
Doesn't seem like you thought that through too much.
I tend to just react. I don't think things through too much. It's kinda my thing.

Agree; the ties posted above are something I would wear, especially when a douchebag UM fan schedules a wedding on MSU/ND game day to piss off both sets of fans.
