depends on the mercedes and the curb....not to be a smartass but it isn't unusual at all for a car to flip over after running up on a curb: ESPECIALLY if the car is traveling at a high rate of speed, and you can rest assured this drunken ass clown was.
How is this even remotely on Goodell?
Never understand people who speed while they're drunk. Usually one would try and drive the speed limit as to not get pulled over
Well if there were no kickoff's then they would have no need to keep a potential special team player around, and if he weren't around he wouldn't be dead.

The bigger question is why do people get in the car with drivers that have consumed too much alcohol?
Just saw this report today, pretty soon it could be possible for many details such as this this to be discovered in all car crashes...not sure where I stand on this issue from a privacy standpoint
WASHINGTON — Many motorists don’t know it, but it’s likely that every time they get behind the wheel, there’s a snitch along for the ride.
I'd bet he wasn't in any better condition to drive himself. It sounds like they were best friends, I can see why he would trust him...I'm sure we will find out he wasn't wearing a seat belt and it most likely would have saved his life, so even though he made a poor choice to get into the car he made an even poorer one by not buckling up
I'm gonna go out on a limb and guess he wasn't sober either.
I am gravely disappointed. Again you have made me unleash my dogs of war.
Brent's name sounds familiar; think we recruited him.
You may be right about how it went down. If I have had too much to drink and the person I am with has had too much, we will have to call someone to get us or catch a cab. I have seen senseless loss of life in my immediate family so I would not want to add to it.
It doesn't matter if he was drunk or not he still killed him with a car. We don't know what state of mind the KC player was when he killed his girlfriend/ wife either.
The car was the implement which killed him therefore they should all be banned. "He would still be alive today if he didnt have a car".

Rogue Leader= Obese coward who didn't attend MSU and has no college degree
As dumb as it is to not get a ride when under the influence of alcohol, it's just as dumb to blame the implement used to kill. The root cause is the state of mind...not the implement.
Indicted by a grand jury today:
Intoxication manslaughter carries a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison. Brent could be eligible for probation.
A grand jury in Texas has formally indicted Dallas Cowboys nose tackle Josh Brent on one count of intoxication manslaughter.
320+ pound man came back with a .189 hours after the accident....That is a shit ton of booze:
Cowboys nose tackle Josh Brent has received forgiveness from the mother of teammate Jerry Brown, who died in a car that Brent allegedly was driving drunk. The authorities in Texas may not be as forgiving.
Have a feeling that's why they call it driving while impaired. Your judgement isn't worth a ________ when you're wasted, and neither is the guy's judgement who gets in a car with you.
Well, well, well looks like i wasn't too far off.
KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Kansas City Chiefs linebacker Jovan Belcher had a blood-alcohol level more than twice the legal limit when he shot his girlfriend nine times and then killed himself in front of his coach and general manager, an autopsy released Monday showed.
what Bob Costas should really be upset about is alcohol.
Brilliant! Well done, my man...well done.
Nobody likes a cynic - or a douchebag and you appear to be both.
This so absolutely absurd - I question the intelligence of anyone who makes the analogy.
