Roushar gone. Staten needs to improve the O-line or he needs to go......

"What is green and white and red all over? The Spartans pounding their chests after this bloodbath" -Mitch Albom 11/2/13
Bingo. Roushar ran the O that MD wanted.
I also think this is the case.
There isn't a problem with the "O" that MD wanted. There was a problem with the play calling.
I AM KIND, SMART, POWERFUL, BEAUTIFUL, TERRIFIC, AND TREMENDOUS
The changes will probably be subtle at most. Need the players to step up and make plays, especially with no Bell and Sims.
"RCMB: You will never find a more wretched hive of scum and villainry." - some dude from MgoBlog
No. Roushar ran the sets and formations and styles Dantonio prefers. You're just fooling yourself if you think Dantonio was pleased with the offense last year. Dantonio's used to thousand yard rushers and receivers and an offense capable of more than 12 ppg. He oversaw the BIGs best offense in year one and others that were quite potent as well. If anything we've probably thrown it more than MD would prefer because apocalyptic like injuries plague this OL.

youngblood96/viggo martyr/jargon: tRCMB's answer to Vidkun Quisling and Fred Phelps.
He lost too many recruiting battles to list without going back to research all the years of him recruiting in the Chicagoland area.
Since 2007, that I can recall, he was the main recruiter for only 3 MSU commits : Arthur Ray, David Barrent (family friend) and Jack Allen (family relationship).
Note : Pat Narduzzi was assigned as the main recruiter for Demetrius Cooper even though Cooper lived in Roushar's recruiting area. That's how bad Coach D didn't want to lose out on Cooper.
Fire everyone every year until we go to Pasadena.
Put in Cook/O'Connor/Terry
Roushar and Sean Payton are friends and have been for a long time
Any idea of who's going to take over Brian Allen's recruitment? I'm hoping Narduzzi...
This sounds like a good idea.
"If you're worried about Wolverine fans, just move to Pasadena. You'll never have to deal with 'em."
Why did the MSU video produced on Signing day say that Roushar was the main recruiter for Cooper, and when Cooper verballed he said he spoke with MD and Roushar specifically?
Cooper is DE. He would have had very little day to day contact with the Roushar.

There's a time and a place for everything and it's called college.
What are you talking about? The coaches primary recruiter is based upon geography, not position played. Hence, Barnett was the recruiter for Trey Kilgore from Cincy, because that is Barnett's area.
Best week in Spartan Sports?
Are they going to invest in a scouting department?
Hellz yeah. Dont get the job done you gotta go.
I credit Dantonio with dealing with a very tough call in the classiest way possible. Win/Win for everyone. Just shows how great an HC we have.
Yea. Talent identification has been a real weakness if this staff.
I think he means the new hirings you can make just for recruiting
What's our new term for inept offense next year? Maxwell'd?
