I'd agree IF Dan was winning at CMU but.....pretty mediocre so far. I really don't think he's on their radar. Just my two cents.
Doubtful...I know he is an alum, but that was a LONG time ago. He's been coaching and recruiting the Midwest for the last 30 years. I think he coaches 4-5 more years here and rides off into the sunset. Hopefully, Narduzzi,Tredwell or Enos will take over, assuming one of them has enough success to do so.
Couldn't agree more, but right now Enos and Tredwell are a LITTLE ahead of him based on experience alone. However, as you point out so accurately they aren't setting the world on fire. Tred had the harder job IMO: Miami isn't easy to win at IMO......great school academically but it plays about 5th fiddle in that state in terms of recruiting pecking order. Long shot for Tred. Enos had it all set up when he took over for Jones at CMU.....cupboard was not bare at all and the ship was sailing smoothly. He did not continue that success and was .500 this year: tenuous for Dan moving forward.
IF Duzzi gets the Bearcat gig I really think he's going to kick ass and take names. HIs OC will be a crucial decision, but if he can get someone serviceable (insert Roushar joke here) he'll continue rolling along with that gig just like Kelly and Jones did after Coach D' built the foundation. I can see him averaging 7-9 wins per year and taking over at MSU in either 2017 or 2018 when Coach D' retires. (I don't think he'll coach longer than 5 more years....just too draining and he's already had one heart attack)
he can take Roushtard with him. Package deal.
Your average UofM fan and I have something in common, neither of us went to UofM. Though we do share One major difference, I got Accepted.
ha...snowball's chance in hell after this season. They must have an interesting relationship: seriously
yep....definately LOOKED like a sarcastic statement.........no quotes, caps and/or emoticons......rock on
I think what he was getting at is that in addition to checking the post for "quotes, caps, and/or emoticons", you should also consider reading the content before making a sarcasm diagnosis. In this case, Enos to Cincy would be considered highly sarcastic, because of the fact that it's f*cking insane.
Don't get me wrong, I'd love to see the guy succeed, too.
