Like that means anything at all. He put something like 13 players in the NFL.
Agree with this. But to use a cliche, "The proof is in the pudding".
For 2013, would like to see a difference in MSU's OL. Open up some holes for these speed-backs. Get a push on the line of scrimmage. Keep the starters healthy. Recruit some stud o-lineman.
If that can happen, give Bollman a lifetime contract for coaching MSU's OL and assiting the Offensive Coordinator.
Izzo should recruit OL and Dantonio should recruit PF/C prospects.
Just for shits and grins
Marriage is like flying with kids, if the flight had 500 connections, never ended, Ted Striker were your pilot and you ate the fish.
You looking for a role model?
Was this , with or without the tattoos?
Yet has sent a ton of guys to the NFL:
C: Alex Stepanovich
C: Rob Murphy
C: Nick Mangold
C: Tyson Walter
G: Rob Sims
G: Tam Hopkins
G: Adrien Clarke
G: Kirk Barton
G: LeCharles Bentley
T: Mike Adams
T: Shane Olivea
T: Flozell Adams
G: Scott Shaw
G: Chris Harrison
G: Mark Dixon
T: Ray Roberts
T: Jim Reid
There may be some more...but that's 17 guys in 17-18 seasons working with OL in college at 3 schools that have played NFL downs that he has coached in college at some point.
I'm guessing OSU's fan's opinion of Bollman is fueled by ignorance and anger. They have no one else to blame for the fall of Tressel so they blame it on some off his long time assistants.

Oh noes, someone is pointing out facts about our football team and its hurting my feelings.
Posting member of tRCMB since 1997.
It is ALWAYS a great day to be a Spartan!!!!
OSU fans I think are blinded by their hatred of his bland offense as an OC. That is a solid number of NFL players he has coached and guys like Mangold, Bentley, Flozell and Stepanovich off the top of my head are pro bowlers in the NFL. I'm not thrilled with his pedigree with play calling, although it seems his will be limited, but it is hard to argue with his results coaching OL.
Because of the 1 year he was forced to be OC and call play at OSU? A position he was forced into after spring practices because of the Tressel issue. Where he had his QB situation up in the air because of Pryor's indecision to come back as miss half the season or leave? Where he had his top RB and OT, and second WR suspended for half the season? Where he had to play a true freshman run first QB who was afraid to throw the ball?
Yeah...I see where their anger is....besides...he's not play calling at MSU.
Yup. What we do need is his OL experience. What we don't need, and it appears from the spring game it was Warner's show, is him calling plays.
Now, interesting in that we've gotten three "Plan A" OL recruits for him to work with so far. And he has excellent depth as well. So he doesn't have any excuses, to me, from day one. I do like how he moved people around during the spring, and I was very surprised at how well the OL as a whole with 3+ starters out played in the Spring game.

Why do people give HC's credit/blame for everything? Dantonio & JLS are both defensive coaches, neither Dantonio or JLS have coached an OL in their lives.
If our OL talent was better in the early stages of Dantonio's teunre it means one thing, Jeff Stoutland was a better evaluator of talent/coach than Dan Roushar.
Jesus Christ you are a miserable prick.
Nice new username Irish, how many more do you think you need to make?
