HS quarterbacks or college quarterbacks for 3 years?
in HS, the most athletic kids are usually playing QB. they get to college and are WRs.
I'm wouldn't be surprised he turns out to be at least productive at WR. I think the story is more about the QB spot. Denard might not be right just after week 1 and now you're giving your #2 reps at WR?
My Whiskey Blog
:) Love this. +1
Why would they bench a QB after going 11-2???
Just to clarify, Devin is not moving to WR permanently. He is only going to be in at WR in certain packages. The coaches want to put the best 11 on the field and he is one of the most athletic guys on the team. He is still the No. 2 quarterback and will be the assumed starter next fall.
Among known quantities... If Sims is healthy he is by far the most frightening pass catching weapon either team possesses.
Koger's contribution and his loss is not being given enough consideration. That kid was damn good player.
Marriage is like flying with kids, if the flight had 500 connections, never ended, Ted Striker were your pilot and you ate the fish.
Be that as it may, someone has to deliver the ball...
And there is a laundry list of QBs turned WRs who didn't amount to crap
4 states of being in the cannabis society ------------
Which one are you??
Guess you missed the "even if part" Point is even before 11-2 Brandon had voiced that opinion and I have a hunch Hoke was/is willing to put up with an AD in the football video room making suggestions as long as umaa is giving him millions per year.
MSU fans have seen him healthy for about 6 total games in his 2 years of PT on campus. He hasn't had any real "huge" games, so I have a hard time calling him a known quantity. Ton of potential though.
Good call on Koger; UM is not feeling great about their TE depth.
Michigan State does not and will not run the 3-4 defense.
The Robinson guy at PSU played RB and WR before going back to QB. Who knows?
I'm having grilled sausage and pierogies with potatoes and onions for dinner. Going to smother the pierogies with sour cream and red pepper flakes. Washing it all down with a 32 ounce mug of Hofbrau Original.
This board "calls" a lot of things....only about 3% of which ever come true.
This here. Another social media reminder, don't read into what a 20-year old posts on Facebook. Devin is still the clear #2 at QB. He is a solid athlete though which is why he will see the field at WR at times, regardless who you root for. There were multiple reports over the spring he had practiced receiving for some routes.

If Baker and Bell tore off 80 yard runs every play we probably would have won by 100.
The only TD's he'll be catching this year will be sexual TDs.
You're in college. The window of opportunity to drink and do drugs and take advantage of young girls is getting smaller by the day.
Translation: The coaches are desperate for a receiver tall enough to go on the rides at Cedar Point.
Minus the ability to pass.
"losing Caleb Benenoch is a blow that Dantonio will never recover from. Izzo has lost it as well. Hoke and Beilein own the state."
LOL. Big Will is just as fast as Gardner, wow.
