because of where you live???
hoke- to alter or manipulate so as to give a deceptively or superficially improved quality or value.
No. Why would I do that?
No because I'm not a pussy.

I was invited to a Tampa Bay Buccaneers game last fall and gave my best to seem interested. That was god awful.
Good people watching, though.
Weird thread. What team are you pretending not to hate?
I hate everyone except Michigan State, no matter where I am.
Dominating Press Conferences Since 2007
No, not really. I tell Walverines that I hate that fucking school (which they never attended).
This is also one of my hobbies.
To die in ann arbor is redundant
Sort of, I don't pretend to like then Cubs, but I don't usually let their fans know how much I hate them.
I do the opposite. I really like Penn State, root for them whenever they don't play MSU, but rarely make that a known fact. Except right now.
I confess I'm not a Lions fan. I was born and raised a Steelers fan. (Yes, even during the 80's and the awful Bubby Brister years) But since it's the local team, everyone at works wants to talk Lions, you hear tons of Lions talk on sports radio, etc. etc., I nod and smile and try to pay attention. Somewhere I even have a Lions hat for when I go to games. But secretly I giggle every time they fail.
This. It's kind of bad for business to openly express my dislike when I practice 3 miles away from the stadium.
I just have to say, your avatar is fantastic.
tRCMB - Where MSU fans eat their own.
Also a Yankees and Lakers fan.
Who? Me?!? No. Grew up a Pirates fan, but I have to admit the Tigers have grown on me over the past 35 years.
And I hate all pro basketball.
I'm indifferent about tPistons. Grew up liking them, but could not care less now. But I know most detroiters are passionate about them. Regardless, I won't stop disliking the NBA or pretend to like tPistons to fit in.
The longer I live in Ohio the more I detest Ohio State but I do bite my tongue to be polite. They are highly unethical and their fans don't seem to care. They feel everyone else is cheating so why not Ohio State too. I actually liked the school until I moved to Ohio.
I pretend to not hate the Caps so I can take female Caps fans to games.
Yeah, I hate the Washington Redskins because they refuse to change their racist name, but still will talk about the team with local fans.
You can't be hating on Captain Kirk's team!!!
I'm actually a Lakers fan, Yankees fan, Packers fan, Canadiens fan, N Carolina hoops fan, Bama football fan, Minnesota Deluth hockey fan, Texas baseball fan, and Johns Hopkins lacrosse fan. But this year I like the Miami Heat and Baltimore Ravens so far.
I'm sure the 500 or so that didn't get free tickets of the 5000 or so fans at each and every Pistons game this season are passionate about that crummy team. The rest of us here.......
NBA sucks, imo. Great athletes but unwatchabel.
Not because of where I live. More because of where I work and the fact that I'm not a confrontational person. Life is just easier to nod along with some things.
Nope, I'm quite open about hating all Philly sports teams and their fans. They do nothing but fuel the fire every year.
I hold back some of my comments when I talk with Michigan fans. Some things would turn physical.
"If you're worried about Wolverine fans, just move to Pasadena. You'll never have to deal with 'em."
In Columbus...people are aware that I don't like Ohio State but to prevent bickering with an irrational fan base I don't really express how much I can't stand that entire fucking school
