I just hope that if they start getting paid that no one cries when a 4,000 kids get cut every fall and have to pay for school.
Are the numbers much different than those of individuals that receive a multimillion dollar lottery payoff?

Burress get a second chance to do it right.
The contracts of Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Plaxico Burress, long snapper Greg Warren and tight end/fullback David Johnson have now all be filed to the NFLPA and here is a rundown on each of them.
Burress received a one-year qualifying contract which comes with a reduced salary cap charge. He is scheduled to earn a base salary of $940,000 in 2013 and received a $65,000 signing bonus, which is the maximum he could get for that type of contract. He will have a cap charge of $620,000 in 2013 with that contract. Should he not make the final 53 man roster his dead money charge in 2014 will only be $65,000.
On Tuesday, the Steelers re-signed Burress just before the start of free agency, keeping the 6-5 receiver as a big target for quarterback Ben Roethlisberger.
“I get to come back and play with Ben and everyone there,” said Burress. “I am definitely excited. It’s beautiful. I was telling my wife it’s great that I know where I am going to be now. It’s a big stress reliever. We know where we are going to be. She is happy, her family is excited. She gets to go back to Pittsburgh, which is where she is from. We can start making plans for what we want to do.
