To All Izzone members –
First, thank you for your continued support. Part of the reason why we are 13-0 in the Breslin Center this season is because of the energy brought by you, the Izzone, and all our fans so far this year. You’re starting to remind me of the Izzone of old!
I’ve said for many years that our crowd can and has helped us win multiple games each year. You’ve already helped us win big home games and tonight has a chance to be another one of those special nights. It is important that you bring your best effort. For a few hours let’s make sure that our entire focus is on the floor and the amazing home court advantage we enjoy – so leave the cell phones in your pocket until after the game. Make sure you bring positive energy for Michigan State and take advantage of a large ESPN audience in a prime Super Tuesday window. We can keep it clean and positive while maintaining the great reputation the Izzone has built over all these years.
In sports, we all have a chance to be difference makers. We all have an opportunity to make a difference in helping us win tonight’s game. I look forward to seeing you all tonight. Doors open at 7:30 p.m., so get there early, and show once again what true Spartan Spirit looks like.

What's the deal with keeping things clean?
The kids in the Izzone have kinda smelled lately. It's the well water.
Izzo wants this so bad
So, reading between the lines then, Izzo thinks fat chicks on cellphones is bad, but Teletubbies are OK.

Maybe Izzo should be writing an email to the green seaters....
Yeah I'm sure he wrote that
Stop being so defensive.
The green seaters are the same as they've always been. And, they write 5 figure checks for those seats. And more would do so if the Izzone was shrunk.
The Izzone on the other hand, as Izzo has alluded to once again, is not what it used to be.
Just make some noise and give the same effort for 2 hours that Izzo and the team give everyday of the year.
If the Izzone does not bring it strong tonight because of their feud with the green seaters then just disband them.
The "green seaters" at Kentucky, Louisville, Duke, etc must not pay much for their seats then.
No excuses. They need to act like they care too.
He is giving them permission to pre-drink and scream obscenities at um.
hoke- to alter or manipulate so as to give a deceptively or superficially improved quality or value.
Teletubbies are a necessary compromise right now. They promote costumes, because after the non-incident police report, some women's groups wanted to picket the games. Hence the sign ban.
You know there's coming to be some crazy feminist who would make a sign that says X Player is a RAPIST, and then it would end up on national TV (thereby causing a huge distraction to the team, and potentially rattling a team leader).
I don't think it's too much of a threat right now, but you know if anyone would be crazy enough to do that now, it'd be an extreme feminist college student who would still be thinking about that.
Gotta think the Izzone gets signs back for 2014-15.
