Rogue Leader= Obese coward who didn't attend MSU and has no college degree
Zona got beat by Cal. The Zags should be somewhere between 10-15, as will likely be after this Thursdays game against St Mary's. Florida has been on a tear, and should be around 6th....and I don't see us ranked ahead of scUM tomorrow.
Spartans ...committed to bring Paul Bunyan home in 2013.
Duke will be #1. MSU cannot be ranked higher than Miami, a team that beat us, and has less total losses. I also don't see us jumping 'Cuse, a team w/ less losses. I think that we will be in the top 5.
Gonzaga is legit and will tear apart their competition.
Using that logic, Duke shouldn't be ranked higher than Miami, because Miami curbstomped Duke pretty recently.

yeah, I posted that at halftime of the Zona game today. Drop them to 8, probably. There's really going to be a ton of fluidity this week with so many teams losing.
1. Duke and 2-3 Zaga, IU.
After that, we're looking at UM, MSU, other UM, and UF that really could go in any order. I think coaches we'll see MSU, UM, UF, Miami and AP will be UM, Miami, UF, MSU.

Question: have you been watching college sports for more than 2 months?
Question: Did you bother to read my previous posts? Or just the one you quoted?
EDIT: To clarify, when teams lose, they drop in the polls. It has always been like that and probably will always be like that. But Seth Davis decided to use a little bit of "out of the box" thinking and common sense. He probably saw that OSU plays in the toughest conference in the country and lost to two teams who were ranked higher than them (taking one to overtime on the road). I respect his line of thinking.

the problem is going to be you can't have duke 1 and miami 2 as ppl will rightly say "well miami crushed duke by 30" and are 2 games ahead in the ACC
i would be tempted to have it...
6 Michigan State
10 Kansas State

Miami deserves #1 at this point in the season. I would have them at the top and MSU at #4.
If we can trick Coach Krzyzewski into saying his own name backwards, perhaps he will be pushed back to the fifth dimension
I agree with your top four. I think MSU should have a slight edge over UM in the rankings because our resume is better at this point.
Kansas needs to drop somewhere in the 15-20 range, IMHO. Granted, Louisville didn't get punished too much for three straight losses, but none of their losses were anywhere close to as bad as KU losing to TCU. That was the basketball equivalent of the App State game.
Kansas should not be ranked at all
I'm bumping this now. Don't give a shit about 10 minutes left. This is just fucking gold.
