Hit a game winner to beat north central, along with 35 points
how ironic... we could've used him
East Lansing- A Drinking Town with a Football Problem
pretty sweet. but are the students rushing the locker room?
"Put your mother in a straight-jacket you punk ass white boy." ~ Mike Tyson
where are they going?
any way we can get him for the tourney?
North Central is a very good team. That's an impressive win.
oh look, they came back
"Stay off the floor at the end of the game."
can't wait to plug him into the starting backcourt
our guards concern me
That just blew my mind. Must watch till end.
How is this ironic?
Was this a regular season game or have the playoffs started down there?
And if the good Lord’s willin’,
I’m a keep on chillin’,
refillin’ and flyin’ high
This was the first sectional game for his team. It's crazy to think that the team he had to play in the very first round started the season nationally ranked. North Central has 2 division 1 bound players and a junior who will probably get some offers.

Playoff and I believe the other team has a big Purdue recruit on the team.
Ronnie Johnson maybe?
Ok, that's what I thought. I thought I read about him having a huge game this week to start the playoffs, but then I wasn't sure. Thought maybe I was a week early.
Ha ha ha that reaction was absolutely priceless!
A lot of people considered this the state championship game if I'm correct. Some how the seeding had the two top teams meeting in the first round.
i like the initiative there. they stayed off the court and partied it up with the team
I would say it was. In another sectional (I don't know which one) there are a couple of good teams (Pendleton Heights and Richmond I believe) that don't have too much d1 talent but all of their starters are good enough to play college ball. Whoever wins out of those two teams might end up facing HSE in the state championship.
how about the guy throwing the girl down at the 0:38 mark
That was sick!!!
hard to see the shot, but it looks like it might have banked in.
He wears a shooting sleeve. He must be a selfish player.
The Indy Star blog post said it banked in. I can't tell from the video but I assume they had a reporter there.
North Central has Ronnie Johnson (Purdue), Patrick Ingram (Iowa), and Darius Lathum who is a top 100 football recruit I believe. So that's not a bad lineup. HSE has Gary Harris and Zakarie Irvin (Michigan, 2013). That's a lot of talent in one game.
There is no seeding in Indiana. It is a random draw of all teams in the state.
