Obviously we don't know what exactly the injury is but its such bullshit that this stuff always seems to happen. And its usually the most innocent looking injuries that turn out to be the most severe. I'm praying thats not the case here
Yeah, that's what I was thinking - what could cause him to miss a season?
You can't play with an injured shoulder even if it is your non shooting shoulder. There is a lot of contact going on out there. Setting picks, running into them which is how Harris got hurt. Rebounding, etc. Your body has o be able to absorb contact.
2012 needs to fucking end already
Unfuckingbelievable. Of course its to our 5 star freshman who was looking like a 5 star freshman. Fuck Me.
One Night! One team! Kill blue! Bleed Green!
Generally when Izzo is this open about an injury, the trainers have already weighed in. Otherwise he'd flatly say he doesn't know.
He did tell Rexrode that he didn't know. Rexrode tweeted that after the press conference.
Anyone. Anyplace. Anytime.
Lots of healing thoughts and prayers headed to Gary Harris from the Grizzly Bear household.
If he is out for the season we will miss him immensely... but it's not the end of the season.
This and the fact that Harris's arm wasn't in a sling ... Hoping for his sake they are good signs.
Dude's not staying four years. Who cares about a redshirt?
The fate of our season will be found out tomorrow
If he's done for the year then we'll probably finish 4th or 5th in the B1G
Rogue Leader= Obese coward who didn't attend MSU and has no college degree
That's Nucky, breaking out a long-forgotten schtick. Leave him alone.
Jeebus, why on Earth would Jabari want to come to MSU???? It's like the freaking Madden curse with our Freshmen...
Yeah, it's important that we're able to get that 5th year for Gary freaking Harris. He'll only be in his 3rd year in the NBA
Im pretty drunk...and this is what will make me vomit.....
The lack of a sling is the only thing that is giving me hope. This shit can't be happening again. So sick of this.
4th, we will still be better than Wisconsin. We'll be a bitch to play for those top 3 teams.
Of course tomorrow someone will probably post that they spotted him in a wheelchair with a full cast on his arm.
I'd bet it's an AC joint injury if it's indeed his shoulder... at one point in second half they showed him sitting, legs wide apart, elbow on each knee hunched forward. The arms looked too abducted to be something busted without considerable grimace... or he's just a fugg'n badass.
Valentine will be more than happy to pick up the load.
Delvon, then Byrd, then Dawson, now Harris. Maybe Izzo made a deal with Satan to get those Final Fours... and the Dark Prince decided it's payback time.
You forgot Kaminski. And let's not fail to mention the injuries of Mateen & Paul Davis when they were in high school. Who else am I missing?
Kalin? if that Achilles doesn't happen, we win another NC and he's probably playing in the league.
East Lansing- A Drinking Town with a Football Problem
Lucas missed the summer before his freshman season with an ankle injury, and then the achilles obviously. Payne missed the summer before his freshman season as well.
Morgan missed a month of his freshman season with shin splints (Dahlman missed time too IIRC).
